Fisheries and Aquaculture Innovation Day

This event was organized by the Portuguese Ministry of the Sea aiming to present the innovation and technology related to the blue economy. Our project was presented at the event (CCMAR) and offered samples of high-pressure (HP) processed food, and visiting scientists from PACKTIN also participated in the event to present the novel packaging materials developed by ICHTHYS.
